Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager at Siegner and Company, located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, this role involves overseeing office operations, maintaining office equipment, interacting with customers, supporting administrative functions, and fostering clear communication within the team.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, with experience in organizing office operations and procedures
  • Hands-on experience with Office Equipment and related tasks, such as maintaining functionality and troubleshooting issues
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software, financial management, and accounting practices is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with the construction or contracting industry is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
