We’re on the lookout for a Certified Lifeguard with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. If you’re ready to make a splash in a role that truly matters, keep reading!
As a Certified Lifeguard at Crush Athletics, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and members. Whether it’s keeping a watchful eye on the pool or responding swiftly to emergencies, your expertise will help create a secure and welcoming environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising pool activities to ensure the safety of all participants.
- Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents.
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations in a professional and approachable manner.
- Conducting routine safety checks and maintaining a clean, organized pool area.
- Providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Lifeguard certification (current and valid).
- At least 1 year of lifeguarding experience .
- Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude.
