Position Overview
The Planning Transformation Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and transformation initiatives across the Planning function. This role ensures that Planning operates with efficiency, accuracy, and consistency, enabling our teams to deliver on business goals and store readiness with excellence. Acting as both strategist and implementer, the Planning Transformation Manager partners closely with leaders across Planning, Central Data, Operations, IT, and the broader business to modernize processes, introduce new tools, and embed best practices.
