Job Description

• 1. Minimum 1–3 years of overseas project experience. Preference given to candidates with work experience in French-speaking regions such as Africa or the Middle East. Exceptional candidates may be considered with less overseas experience.
• 2. Proficiency in French-Chinese translation. Possession of CATTI (China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters) or relevant industry certification is required. Experience in mining/metallurgy translation is preferred.

Provide on-site bilingual (French-Chinese) interpretation for business meetings, technical exchanges, factory visits, etc., ensuring accurate information delivery. Translate technical documents, contracts, and foreign-related correspondence related to alumina production, processing, sales, and support communication with local government and compliance documentation. ‌2. Cross-cultural Communication & Coordination Assist in business negotiations with clients and partners from French-speaking regions, offering cultural insights to prevent misunderstandings. Collaborate with overseas project teams and support cross-departmental tasks involving production, technical, sales, and other divisions. ‌3. Industry Knowledge Application Integrate knowledge in finance, HR, administration, and safety management to align translation content with business processes. Stay updated on industry trends and technological developments in alumina to enhance translation accuracy and relevance. ‌4. Emergency & Compliance Support Handle urgent translation tasks independently, adapt to shift work/overtime as needed to ensure project timelines. Comply with local laws and customs, upholding the company’s image overseas.
