Are you a storyteller at heart with a strategic mindset? The Organization is seeking a Content Strategist and Writer to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is equal parts creative and analytical—crafting compelling narratives while shaping a cohesive, data-driven content strategy that supports institutional goals.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead editorial efforts—writing, editing, and proofreading across digital, print, and paid media.
✔ Create engaging stories that elevate our brand and showcase our community.
✔ Develop and manage content calendars and workflows for timely delivery.
✔ Collaborate with social media, web, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and impact across all platforms.
✔ Optimize content for SEO and accessibility while monitoring performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Exceptional writing and editing skills (writing is the primary responsibility).
✅ Ability to produce both short- and long-form content, including news articles, press releases, and feature stories.
✅ Strong proofreading and attention to detail—able to audit and refine web content.
✅ Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and Monday.com is a plus (not required).
✅ 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or journalism.
