Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and maintaining accurate data within our MyMedGas platform, ensuring that facility asset information is consistently organized and error-free. This is a long-term contract position within the medical devices industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to essential operational processes. Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain procedures for data entry to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Oversee the migration of facility asset information using the MyMedGas bulk import tool. - Monitor data quality and updates through Power BI dashboards, ensuring accurate product and asset tracking. - Keep manufacturer and brand information current and accurate within the system. - Provide training and support to new team members on MyMedGas data entry processes. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in data management. - Implement process improvements to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or data management roles. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using data management tools, including Power BI. - Strong communication skills to train and collaborate with team members. - Familiarity with numeric and computer-based data entry processes. - Typing speed and accuracy suitable for high-volume data tasks.
