Job Title: Dermatology Physician Assistant
Overview
Pariser Dermatology, founded in 1946, is a market leader in the specialty of dermatology. We are seeking a patient-focused Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in Williamsburg, VA at our Newtown Office. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care, collaborate closely with our dermatologists, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive dermatologic evaluations, including history, physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Manage a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and skin infections.
• Perform dermatologic procedures, including (but not limited to) biopsies, cryotherapy, and injections.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medication use, and preventive skin care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, professional standards, and practice protocols.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education abilities.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Interest and willingness to train with a supervising physician for approximately 6 months, with the long-term goal of practicing independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with supervising physicians and clinical staff.
• Dedication to building lasting patient relationships and supporting the practice’s continued growth.
Licensure / Certifications / Education
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Board Certification.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain).
• 2026 graduates from accredited programs will be considered.
Compensation
• Competitive base salary during training and through the end of the first year.
• Additional performance-based compensation structure after training is complete.
