Estimator / Project Manager - Structural & Miscellaneous Steel

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager specializing in structural and miscellaneous steel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estimating, project management, and overseeing steel construction projects from initial proposal through project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

* Prepare detailed estimates for structural and miscellaneous steel projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Work closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team to coordinate project requirements and deliverables.
* Analyze and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Qualifications :

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural and miscellaneous steel estimating and project management.
* Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding steel construction plans.
* Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Tekla experience a plus
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
