Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Protection Officer based in New York, NY. The Executive Protection Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients by performing risk assessments, devising safety strategies, and maintaining a secure environment. Additional responsibilities include conducting regular security patrols, accompanying clients during travel, and responding promptly to potential threats or emergency situations.

  • Provide armed protection for executive and corporate clients.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and perform regular patrols.
  • Manage access control, monitor premises, and respond to security incidents.
  • Deliver a professional, client-facing demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate regularly with McLane Security leadership while working on-site with clients.

Qualifications

  • Background in Military/Law Enforcement and Police operations preferred
  • Strong situational awareness, effective decision-making skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Certifications in executive protection, first aid, or defensive driving are a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond promptly to on-call requirements
  • Valid HR 218 or NYS Armed Guard License (mandatory).
  • Clean background and professional references required.
