Position Summary:

We’re seeking friendly, energetic, and outgoing Hosts/Hostesses who are passionate about people and know how to make every guest feel like a VIP. You are the face of our brand—the first smile guests see when they walk in and the last warm farewell they remember.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, loves engaging with people, and has an exceptional sense of organization and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly Greet Every Guest:
• Provide a genuine and enthusiastic welcome as guests arrive, setting a positive tone for their visit
• Manage Seating & Flow:
• Maintain waitlists, quote accurate wait times, and seat parties efficiently while balancing table turns and server sections
• Stay Organized Under Pressure:
• Keep the host stand area clean and orderly while multitasking during peak hours
• Communicate Clearly:
• Relay guest needs, table statuses, and pacing cues to service and expo teams
• Maintain a High Standard of Hospitality:
• Engage with guests while they wait, offer water or menus, and create a warm environment through positive energy and attentiveness
• Be the Final Impression:
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return with authentic appreciation

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, upbeat, and approachable personality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
• Clear communication and confident guest interaction
• Previous host or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays
• Passion for Southern hospitality and guest care

• $14.00-$16.00/hour, plus tips
