Job Description

Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Inventory Clerk to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with real potential for long-term growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform order fulfillment, including picking and preparing products for shipment
• 
  Pack and label outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• 
  Assist with shipping tasks, including staging orders and preparing freight
• 
  Load and unload materials, including loading trucks for delivery
• 
  Conduct inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse organization
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• 
  Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• 
  Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required
• 
  Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  Dependable work ethic-must consistently show up and be ready to work
• 
  Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
