The Role

We're looking for a highly adaptable, service-driven individual to provide hands-on support in our personal and business operations. This is a behind-the-scenes position where you'll anticipate needs, handle a variety of tasks seamlessly, and contribute to our luxury hospitality mission. Starting part-time with flexible hours (including weekends and holidays as needed), this role offers growth into a full-time operational position as our company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily personal and business tasks, from sourcing and delivering essentials (like breakfast orders) to coordinating VIP guest experiences at our luxury vacation homes.
  • Manage logistics, errands, and on-site support to ensure smooth operations across our properties in Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine.
  • Provide concierge-level service, including housekeeping coordination, maintenance oversight, and guest hospitality enhancements.
  • Anticipate and proactively address needs to enable seamless workflows for owners and team.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests with total flexibility, embracing a "whatever it takes" mindset to support our high standards.
