• Build and nurture strong relationships with Realtors to highlight the benefits of Realtor Assistant On Demand.
• Provide support to clients through face-to-face meetings and phone conversations, assisting them through the loan application process.
• Thoroughly examine the submitted financial documents.
• Assess loan applications according to set criteria.
• Safely organize and manage loan documentation.
• Keep track of progress and offer regular updates to clients on their application status.
• Work collaboratively with appraisers, sales representatives, and real estate agents.

Qualifications:

• Having a valid license to work in Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, CO, Ohio, or soon to be Kentucky is a mandatory requirement for this remote Mortgage Loan Originator position.
• Demonstrating the ability to confidently engage in phone calls with Leads and Realtors is a crucial skill expected for this role.
• Possessing knowledge and familiarity with FHA and VA mortgages is essential for candidates applying for this remote Mortgage Loan Originator position.
• Previous experience in banking, financial advising, or mortgage consulting is highly preferred for this remote Mortgage Loan Originator role.
