🩺 Licensed Physician Assistant (Pain Management)

💰 $140,000–$180,000/year

🕒 Full-time | No Nights or Weekends

We are a well-established multidisciplinary medical group with over 25 years of service, known for providing exceptional pain management care across Northern California. Our integrated care model blends physical medicine, behavioral health, acupuncture, and neuro-diagnostics to help patients reclaim quality of life.

As we grow, we’re seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Redding region . This is a confidential opportunity to join a group that prioritizes clinical excellence, work-life balance, and interdisciplinary collaboration .

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
• Perform patient assessments, order diagnostics, and formulate care plans
• Educate patients on injury prevention, treatment plans, and recovery
• Contribute to the optimization of treatment protocols and team-based care

✅ Ideal Background:

• California PA or NP license (required)
• Experience in orthopedics, physical medicine, or workers’ compensation preferred — but willing to train motivated new grads
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care philosophy

💼 Position Highlights:
