About the Role:

We’re seeking an Experienced Procurement Manager to lead purchasing operations for grocery, produce, perishables, and CPG products. This role requires strong vendor negotiation, inventory management, and cross-department collaboration to drive cost efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities for grocery, produce, perishables, and CPG items.
• Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs and maintain quality.
• Oversee inventory analysis, price book management, and procurement strategy.
• Approve purchase orders and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience (CPG, food service, perishables required; tobacco and convenience store experience a plus).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud, E3 Replenishment Inventory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional, team-oriented mindset.
