And now, we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our elite Banking & Financial Services recruitment team in Manhattan as a Recruitment Researcher.

The Opportunity

You’ll join our Academy Training Program , a structured pathway designed to give you everything you need to thrive in recruitment and reach your full potential.

Our leadership team and on-site learning and development team will ensure you quickly become a market expert through our robust onboarding. You will build your skills and confidence to identify, engage and add value to top talent within the hedge fund and asset management space.

Initially, you’ll focus on the research and candidate side (180° recruitment), including:

• Market mapping and data research
• Optimising our tools and technology for maximum impact
• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre financial professionals
• Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
• Supporting senior team members with client projects
• Learning the art of relationship management and talent advisory

Once you’ve mastered the foundations, you choose your path to either progress as a senior Recruitment Researcher or step into a 360° Consultant role with a sales and client focus.

Your Profile
