Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Note:- SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE .
• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care .
• Provides relationship-based patient centered care that is consistent with population specific characteristics (e.g. age, gender, disease, etc) in a manner that adapts service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity
• Practices using current clinical practice standards, Teamwork and Collaboration.
• Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model Partner with patients and families to create individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes
• Participate in evidence-based practice, professional development, and shared governance
• Uphold nursing standards, client policies, and ethical practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Registered Nurse Med Surg – Float .
• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience Required.
