Job Description

No late nights, off by 4pm on weekends! This popular rapidly growing fast casual health food concept is looking for an experienced General Manager for their Stafford, VA location.
Based in Wilmington NC , they are a lifestyle brand that’s expanded nationwide with over 100 locations in 20+ states. Immediate future growth plans include an additional 80 store build out. The concept serves a wide variety of healthy menu items, shakes, and pre-made meals for meal planning.
We are looking for someone experienced with a passion for health & wellness to join our family and help take the brand to the next level. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 year management experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS

$55,000-$65,000
