About the Role

As our Retail Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store and studio. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile and perfectly tailored garments. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and organizational skills will shine.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
• Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized studio.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and professional studio environment.
• Handle scheduling, staff training, and performance management.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in a retail management or similar role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion or alterations is a plus!
