Position Description

As a Senior Designer, Internal Marketing at OX, you will play an essential role in our internal marketing efforts. In this role you will elevate our brand presence through strategic design and content creation that showcases our capabilities and maintains our commitment to exceptional creative execution. You will be responsible for developing marketing creative and content that reflect our agency's standards of excellence, bringing sophisticated design expertise to craft compelling narratives across multiple channels.

Having a diverse background with an emphasis in digital and design, you will work with our Marketing, Business Development and Creative teams to ensure all content aligns with OX's brand voice and visual identity while supporting the growth of our agency. The Senior Designer, Internal Marketing reports directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct and design the development of sophisticated, original, and production-ready marketing materials including social media content, email campaigns, case studies, thought leadership pieces, event collateral, presentation materials and more
  • Develop fresh marketing graphics and implement assets based on OX's brand and creative direction
  • Develop creative assets in support of content marketing strategies to bolster OX's business development goals and showcase our capabilities across digital channels
  • Maintain and evolve OX's brand voice and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence in every piece of content
  • Lead the design and production of marketing assets from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams to gather insights and showcase our work
  • Create engaging content that positions OX as a thought leader in digital experience design
  • Craft strategic content in partnership with the OX Marketing Manager that visually and verbally translates complex agency services and capabilities into compelling creative narratives for prospective clients and industry audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials that accurately represent our capabilities and client successes
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager

Required Experience

  • 5-7 years of design experience in a professional services, agency or consulting environment with a focus on marketing design
  • Demonstrates exceptional design capability and creative thinking, with proven ability to deliver work independently
  • Expertise in designing for multiple channels including social media, web design, print collateral, events, digital publications and more
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with demonstrated ability to create sophisticated, production-ready marketing designs
  • Advanced expertise in visual design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Strong understanding of design systems and brand identity development, with experience maintaining creative consistency across diverse marketing touchpoints
  • Experience translating strategic messaging into compelling visual narratives and innovative design solutions
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices from a design perspective, including user experience principles and conversion optimization
