Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of IT roles for a IT Staffing company.
Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment for contract roles.
Deep knowledge of IT roles and industry terminology.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
