Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Office Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. The role entails performing a variety of office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, providing excellent customer service, handling correspondence, and organizing files and documentation. The role requires supporting day-to-day administrative functions, maintaining schedules, and assisting with staff coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Familiarity with using and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred
  • Spanish Speaking Preferred
  • A/R Specialist
