*This position can be located in either NC or SC.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maintain continued education related to all professional certifications including OSHA 30
• Understand and enforce all required safety protocol related to inspecting building enclosure components such as roofs and exterior walls
• Review submittals and shop drawings related to Building Enclosure
• Participate in Preconstruction meetings with Building Enclosure trades on projects
• Aid in the Review and comment on Third Party Exterior Envelope Consultant reports with the BESS and project team
• Assist in oversight and maintenance of field quality control related to Building Enclosure on projects
• Generate reports from inspections of Building Enclosure on projects in ACC
• Assist project teams with developing Requests for Information (RFI) related to key details for the Building Enclosure of their projects
• Support field testing with pre-inspections and diagnostics
• Assist with the development and communication of the project plan to include the enclosure scope and BE quality programs
• Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity and Water tightness
• Support project teams with best practice sequencing and planning
• Reports to the Building Enclosure Senior Superintendent

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Experience and proficiency in Specification divisions 07 & 08 for material, install, and testing
• Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor and train others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to aid in meetings and coordinate with Owners and Designers
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ACC, Bluebeam, as well as other shared platforms for viewing Building Information Models, Drawings, and Specifications
• Has experience in Field review of enclosure work, design review, enclosure testing
• Ability to maintain a commitment of quality throughout the enclosure
• Adapts well to changes in work environment
• Ability to travel to jobsites in NC and SC
• Strong focus on conflict resolution
• RRO, RRC, REWO, PE, and AIA are beneficial but not required
