Senior Care Advisor (Field-Based | Healthcare Sales)

Earn $100k+ | $54k Base + Uncapped Commission (Up to 40%)

Job Type: Hybrid (Field-Based | Community & Client-Facing)

Location: Jacksonville Metro Area (Duval, St. Johns, Clay & Nassau)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base Salary: $54,000/year ($4,500/month), paid monthly
  • Uncapped Commission: Progressive tiers reaching up to 40% of the revenue you generate
  • Growth Support: Consistent performers receive dedicated administrative support so you can focus on selling and advising
  • Reimbursement: Monthly mileage and approved business expenses

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • You proactively build referral relationships with hospitals, rehabs, physicians, and professional partners
  • You manage an active pipeline of families and opportunities
  • You balance business development with high-touch client advocacy
  • You own your calendar, results, and income

YOUR MISSION

This is a true dual-role position requiring both business development and client advisory expertise.

Hunt for Business

  • Primary focus: Physicians, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals
  • Secondary focus: Elder Law Attorneys, Financial Planners, community partners

Guide Families

  • Conduct Care Discovery meetings
  • Personally tour families through Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities

Advocate

  • Help families navigate complex options such as VA Aid & Attendance and Medicaid waivers
  • Ensure ethical, safe, and appropriate placement decisions

WHO YOU ARE
  • A proven closer with outside sales, healthcare sales, pharma, med device, or business development experience
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation tied to results
  • Empathetic, ethical, and emotionally intelligent
  • Highly autonomous — the “CEO” of your market

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven business development or sales experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Senior Living experience is a plus
  • Reliable, clean, and presentable vehicle
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
