Our services
OK Promo provides consultative clothing brand startup services, which may include brand strategy, logo and identity, Shopify website planning and build support, SEO, content writing and launch support. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are agreed in writing after a discovery call and are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.
Enquiries and discovery calls
Submitting an enquiry or booking a discovery call does not create a binding contract for services. It is the start of a conversation to understand your needs and decide whether we are the right fit. No work begins until scope and fees are agreed in writing.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the proposal agreed for your project. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work where invoices remain unpaid. Any expenses or third-party costs (for example apps, stock imagery or hosting) will be made clear before they are incurred.
Your responsibilities
To deliver work effectively, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate information, content and assets in good time.
- Give timely feedback and approvals at agreed project stages.
- Hold the rights to any materials you supply to us.
- Comply with applicable laws when selling and marketing your products.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are set out in your project agreement. Final deliverables typically transfer to you once the relevant invoices are paid in full. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Content you provide to us remains yours.

Limitation of liability
